75-25
“Our cuvée Brut Grand Cru“ 75-25 ”lives up to its name. It is made at 75% from Pinot Noir, from the Grand Cru terroirs of Bouzy and Ambonnay, which bring structure, vinosity, fruitiness and crunchiness to the cuvée. The 25% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs attenuates the Pinot Noir imprint by bringing freshness to the champagne. This subtle marriage allows us to offer a quality champagne, perfectly balanced. "
